See attached below may nails after 1.5 days. They aren’t cured properly and peeling away. The nail beside the one that’s peeling away is soft and smushing around...I called and asked for a refund of 45 dollars for the gel they applied. They said no they will not refund my money they only will fix them, I did not want them fixed just a refund. This wasn’t possible they said. I do not reccomend coming here even if it is a quick one stop shop.

I went in for a manicure as a treat and had the WORST experience! No one talked to me, they were very rude and they each took turns working on my nails, without any explanation of what they were doing. They cut my nails completely off and then put huge extensions on and they used dental acrylics when I asked for gel!!! I am so disappointed! Dental acrylics is so damaging to your nails, I should have just walked out when I knew something was wrong. There is a reason this place is so cheap.

Honestly the worse place to receive nail care. They generally are pretty rude and inconsiderate. Today was unbelievable. They were so aggressive, yanking my arms around, cut underneath my fingers multiple times. Couldn't paint my nails properly, every nail is a different shape, different length & some nails have the color to the cuticle and other nails have the color missing. Basically. My hands look like garbage. Could have done a better job with my left hand & my eyes closed.

    Highly recommended

Phantastic Nails is by far the best nail salon in Moose Jaw. Reasonable prices, good service and convenient location. In addition, they sterilize their tools in an autoclave (the tools are in packaged in sterilization pouches). I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

Terrible Service. Would not go back.

I went to Phantastic Nails in Moose Jaw for a pedicure. During my pedicure the staff only spoke among themselves and did not converse with my friend or I. The worker was on her phone throughout my entire pedicure. The customer that was beside us asked her technician if it truly was a cheese grater applied to her heel and the worker did not even give a response. I chose a design to be done to my nails and the worker mistakenly drew a different design. When I asked if the design could be done as requested I was informed that it would be an additional $10 to remove the design then another $5 to reapply the design. On leaving I stated that I would pay for the pedicure, but not additional charge for the design. The owner yelled at me stating that I was stealing and that I must pay and if I didn't like the design to "just not come back" After paying, I realized that they had not given me back my nail polish as they insisted they did. I found it across from the pedicure station on the manicure table. Overall terrible service with poor sanitary conditions. The pedicure foot baths were drained and refilled without cleansing and there was more than one point where I witnessed used instruments being put in the same container with the clean ones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
