    Stay away!! I have 2 new large windows purchased from Bourcier that don't close properly. In winter, snow blows through the cracks and into the house. Bourcier came by once to try to fix the problem and made a minor 'adjustment'. It didn't work. They have since refused to come back. Bourcier's complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to respect their own warranty is a testament of their unethical business practices. Save yourself problems: purchase your windows elsewhere.
