Déconseillé dy aller acheter quelque chose. Ils sont juste intéressés par votre argent. Une fois le paiement fait, ils e soccupent plus de vous. Pitoyable.
Very bad service after sale. It takes forever to have an anwser.
They do not value customers.The store manager told me that since I didn't spend 2000$ I wasn't worth his time. I purchased a sofa at the store and the contract wasn't fulfilled for over a month . The sofa was the delivered within a week but it took over a month to be completed. I have purchased furniture from several different companies and I have never encountered such failure at communicating and giving a service.
I bought for over $15,000 of furniture in this place. The sales but great, but our nightmare had just begun. - Delivery was late. On multiple times, they did not show up and not even provide excuse. - Goods were damaged and their technician did not show up when they were expected. - IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND A $1,500 REFRIGERATOR IS STILL BROKEN DO NOT BUY IN THIS SHOP
THIS STORE MAY HAVE ONE OF THE NICEST SHOWROOM, BUT THE PEOPLE IN THIS STORE ARE TOTALLY BAD. UPON DELIVERY, I DID NOT GET EVERYTHING IN STOCK. I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY, I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT UNTIL WE CAME TO A SOLUTION. SOLUTION WAS SOLVED, BUT THEIR HANDYMEN DID NOT COME WITH EVERYTHING WHICH I TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. THEIR HANDYMEN WERE EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE. THERE WERE MANUFACTURE DEFECTS WITNESS BY THEIR HANDYMEN AND THE MANUFACTURER WHO REPRESENTS THE QUEBEC DIVISION VISITED MY PLACE. HE SAID HE WILL GET IT FIXED. THEY CANNOT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER, IT GOT DEFECTED BY A LITTLE. I DID NOT PAY OVER 2000$ FOR MANUFACTURE DEFECT. TO GET THIS PART SOLVED TOOK ME 2 WEEKS. I SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER REPRESENTATIVE AND HE SAID THAT "IF I WANT SOME SORT COMPENSATION, THE STORE HAVE TO ISSUE IT TO ME." SADLY, THE STORE PICKS UP THEIR CALL AND SAYS THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE. I EVEN HAVE THE REP PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER, THEY DON'T EVEN PICK UP. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE HERE 7 DAYS A WEEK. FALSE ALARM!! ON TOP OF THAT, THEY WILL TRY TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. TO GET THINGS SOLVED, I WENT TWICE. TO GET SOME COMPENSATION, I HAVE TO GO AGAIN.AND IT WILL BE THE THIRD TIME. IF NECESSARY PAY 200$ MORE AND GO GET BETTER SERVICE. SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT. I DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE WASTING MY TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Its been 3rd time that i tried to write my post... Anyaways , I have experienced the bad, bad treatment from the owner who has no notion of customer service or manners. Not classy at all, I have witnessed a very nasty scene, where one of the employees was belittle and humiliated. Not something a customer should see, and def not the right way to treat your employees. Also, the quality is not the best therefore, you get exactly what you paid for. So, I def DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY AYTHING FROM THERE... Plus, if you are used to the Canadian standard of treatment, which includes RESPECT this is NOT the place where you should go ! Very disappointed by the service, I mean being in front of someone who i suppose to manage his business properly plus being polite to others...Unfortunentely , it was a very disgusting and unfortable situation ... so it cost them 3000$ ... BYE BYE !
