A Poor customer service for an old customer

Today I called this insurance to obtain some information about the my home insurance with a daycare. I have been for almost one year with them. The agent was so impatient with my questions and started being rude and arrogant when asked in case I declined renewing or I did break term.I did not have the intention to do so but for me it was good to know my rights He also hung up on me twice as each time I got him on the phone and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or to change the agent he said he is the boss! When I asked him to stop my subscription he was so pleased and said will send me the email right away . In his email he said that no other company will accept me. Half an hour later I called my car insurance company and got subscribed for my home and daycare.I don`t recommend at all this company.
