    La glace a déchiré mon toit. Je le téléphone a 18h00 un samedi soir. Et il vient le dimanche matin a 8h30 sauver la situation, pour un prix raisonnable. Un gros merci!!!

    Encore un autre qui donne rendez-vous et qui ne se présente pas et qui ne prend même pas la de téléphoner pour expliquer ou remettre le rendez-vous. C'est un gros manque de respect et de professionnalisme car en plus, il savait que j'avais un trou car un animal se promenait dans mon entre-toit.
