Deserves zero stars. I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from them. Terrible service. Dishonest and rude.

I wish I saw the previous review before place a order with them. I ordered item on May 1, but never arrive. Multiple email and phone call without response. One phone call was able to get through a month ago and the person said the item back ordered twice because first one was damaged. Asked him to cancel order and refund, he agreed. However one month passed and I did not see a refund. No response since then. I had to open dispute with paypal to get the refund.

I would give zero stars if allowed. Delivered a broken guitar. They Put a claim in with Canada Post. Two months later and many emails, have heard no response back. Very unprofessional. Can only assume CP found blame with the company for inadequate packaging and the owner is unwilling to replace the guitar, but willing to keep my payment.
