Washrooms are absolutely filthy! Feces on the toilet seats (and in the stall I used, there was actually feces on the wall!) My mom and I shared a club sandwich, which came burnt and cold. The server was excellent, though. When my mother told her, she took it back to replace it. The next one also came burnt and cold, and they'd left the same fries on the plates, so they were cold too. We didn't even try eating the coleslaw, because it was grey(!). Avoid at all costs.
The menus were in French only. When we asked for English menus we were told they had none. We asked the waitress why and she said it was illegal. People don't even know the law. The waitress was not interested and not very nice. It will be the last time I go there.
They sell pizza by the slice at lunch on weekdays. It's awesome. Their fries are good too. It's super cheap, and you can get a can of pop in front of Metro. It makes a decent lunch if you're on the go.
I once sat in to eat and it was pretty nice.
