Chef Julien Robillard changes his menu with the seasons. It features oysters with horseradish and trout gravlax as starters, followed by mains such as the grilled prawns (with confit duck wings), a fried lobster and piglet platter, and Norwegian cod.
At XO, you will breakfast in a sumptuous setting, at the height of elegance. Breakfast is served between 7 and 11 am, and their main item, the St-James breakfast, is a complete meal. A Continental breakfast, a health menu and à la carte options round out their offerings. You will also find freshly squeezed juices and fresh fruit smoothies, and special touches like spiced rum in their oatmeal porridge or ginger in their blueberry buttermilk pancakes.
