Come savor a delicious dish at Vices & Versa Bistro Du Terroir. Their bar is the utmost location for after dinner drinks. They are open after-hours all week.
A lot has changed in the years since 2004, when the craft pub and bistro, Vices et Versa opened its doors on Boulevard St. Laurent. “Back then, there was nothing between the overpass and little Italy,” says owner Patrick Gugg, “We’re happy to be part of the growing culture of the area.” Situated beside the Parc Sœur-Madeleine-Gagnon and across from Parc de la Petite Italie, Vices et Versa benefits from the calmer space provided by the parks juxtaposed with the general bustle of St. Laurent. The pleasantly shaded beer garden capitalizes on this calmer space but it is the extensive beer menu of 30+ craft beers that is the biggest draw. “Craft beer is growing in popularity – both nationally and internationally – but we were the first such bar in Montreal."
Xxx
It’d be hard to get more traditional than the trad Poutine at Vices & Versa. Added to the fries are a meatball stew, oreilles de crisse (of the deep fried pork jowl variety!) and pickled beets. What more do you want? A square dance perhaps?!
The terrace at Vices et Versa is one of Montreal’s finest. This charming bistro, located in Little Italy, welcomes you with a wide selection of beers, wines, ciders and other beverages, plus an excellent veggie burger.
More than 30 beers await you here, on tap and in bottles. We’re not going to list them all here, but a visit to this fine establishment and a tour through their tasting menu will take care of that. Go nuts!
