Terrible customer service - totally unprofessional
I communicated with them further to an add via Groupon, which I purchased online. I was given an appointment two months later. First disappointment, but I decided not to cancel my groupon voucher and honor my purchase. The day of my appointment I receive a call, advising me that they had to reschedule. Not only did they make a mistake with the details of my appointment - facial, scalp massage and body massage, but I am told that if I want to keep said appointment a baby would be present in the room! Of course I was not impressed, therefore I asked when would they could give me another appointment ... and of course there was no availability in the near future. Then to be told you know what call Groupon and cancel your voucher since your are not satisfied ... hmmm really !!! Am I suppose to be happy, after not only waiting 2 mths for an appointment but then being told that they were going to reschedule and not getting an appointment within the following week ... Please avoid this place - there are so many spa's out there ... why put yourself up for disappointment, we go to spas to relax and enjoy not to be aggravated !
