Very unprofessional sales service. Did not want to budge on price and additional perks. The director kept saying no to everything that I was asking for until I told them that I was going to sign elsewhere. Then I was told they would even do better then other dealer but I said too late by principal. Customer service satisfaction is not their priority. Mocked me when I picked up my deposit. Unprofessional throughout the whole process. Don’t waste your time.

Worst service. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! STAY AWAY! PIRE SERVICE. NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS. A ÉVITER!

´´ JE vous recommande de choisir un autre garage pour vos réparations Jai payer plus de 4000$ de réparation pour mapercevoir que certaine pieces charger nont jamais été installer , lorsque Jai discuter avec un directeur il a eu bcp dexcuse mais aucune solution . Il y a bcp de garage Volks aller simplement faire vos réparation ailleurs

Terrible service. Made me run around for 3 days to see the car I was looking for. Vincent lied to me trying to sell me an inferior trim. He was very cold and unprofessional. Stay away!

Service médiocre. Je n'ai pas eu de suivi adéquat sur ma commande de voiture. Il faut carrément leur courir après. Place non recommandable.
