Nettoyeur Daoust-Forget

My family and I went to this establishment for over 10 years. We referred this place to other people in the past. Our clothes are perfectly cleaned and/or ironed. We strongly recommend this place.

I would strongly suggest to not go to this establishment. I was there earlier this week, and brought in a suit to be dry cleaned. I specifically asked the gentleman to NOT put a crease in the pants, he nodded his head and said ok. As he filled in my request, i noticed he had not marked on my bill no crease on the pants, so I made mention of it a second time to be sure that he knows i do NOT want a crease in my pants he again just nodded and said yes yes, no crease. I was told that my jacket would be pressed and ready by 4pm, I came by at 5:45 and the guy working there said he forgot to do it and to come back tomorrow. I had a dinner that night so I took my jacket from him, glad I didn't pay beforehand. Never again!
