I loved my colour and cut with Laura yesterday! She listened and looked and found the ideal cut for me.....the colour was perfect for my skin tone and I was complimented on my look just today by a friend I hadn't seem for some time! Fabulous feeling! I will be back!
Vanessa is a wonderful hairdresser and really nice person, but the rest of the staff sucks and the service is awful. The person who washed my hair was did it quickly and without care, and the girl at reception seamed annoyed to do her job. Avoid.
As a groupon holder - I was treated with hostility from 3 employees at the salon - one was indeed nice.
Groupon stylist, Krystel, gave me a horrendous triangular shaped haircut , did not dry nor style my hair, however she did offer me to use the hair-dryer to do it myself.
The only thing they succeeded at was making me and my friend feel small and out of place.
