Boutique Sandrine has a beautiful shoe collection! Store owners were very kind and friendly. Staff ran back and forth for almost an hour helping me with sizes and selection, making sure I left with the perfect shoes!
Great neighborhood shoe store with so much history in it. Friendly family owns and works there. Also are kind enough to offer discounts to all the neighborhood hotel employees who go through shoes like butter!
definitely stop in even if just to say hi to them and ask about the area.
I was yelled at and thrown out of the store! Don't buy there!
I bought a $100 pair of waterproof boots with a manufacturer's defect. The manufacturer admited in writing that the product was defective. A gap of at least 2 inches in length opened in both soles, leaving me with soaking wet feet after only a few months of wear.
The manufacturer requested that Sandrini replace the boot. The replacement pair was equaly defective and I am left with the same hole in the soles of my boots.
Upon showing the owner of Sandrini my second pair of defective boots, he threw me out of his store in front of his customers and my two colleagues, who witnessed it all. He also barked at me that he never wants to see me there again, never to set foot in his store.
I bought there several times but URGE you to stay away from such degrading attitude toward paying customers. I was hurt and insulted as a client, walked in with a blatantly faulty boot and wet feet, and was thrown out arrogantly and disrespectfully.
Do not encourage this type of consumer treatment.
Thank you for taking this into consideration when you shop for shoes in Old Montreal.
