AWFULL! don t try to reach a department to get some info about a specific product. You get to wait, get transfered and end up with a hung lin 10 minutes later. By the way it does not apply only to this specific store. They are all giving you this unacceptable level of service. After Eaton and Simpson the Bay and Sears The Bay is the next onr to go down the tube

What the hell is happening to the bay? I went to the bay today to get something , it took two girls at a cash register over 15 minutes to serve one customer. When i asked one of the girls if she could open the other cash to pay my stuff, she said « if you have a problem, go to another cash to pay«  I was so upset! So, i turn around, left the $300 worth of merchandise and walked out!!! I remember when the bay used to offer the best custumer service , now, not so much.
