UPS Customer Centres

According to UPS tracking, I refused delivery at the door. Interesting, since I never actually had a driver show up at the door. Its not as though I could have missed, them since we are stuck here 24/7 at this point. No delivery notices were left. No further attempts. And to top it off, the customer service number doesnt work.

I never actually had UPS deliver at home close to *on time*... I had to go for pick-up at the warehouse if I wanted the product. Worst service company EVER UPS - Undelivered Packages Stockpile, Where you have to finish the delivery yourself.

very bad experience with ups. i am try to contact them but no response. now when i am tracking my shipment its showing me wrong address of shipping that means mine wrong address. i tried everything but no result. i do not know how could i get my shipment.

Pire service à la clientèle, toutes compagnies de messagerie comprises. Plusieurs mauvaises expériences à travers les années. À éviter à tout prix! Worst customer service, all courier companies included. Several bad experiences over the years. To be avoided at all costs!

I am from PEI and starting grad school in Montreal. My mom, being the nice woman she is, wanted to order me a couch for my new apartment. She was in Montreal to help me move in but she also stayed for the week and counted it towards her vacation. She spent her ENTIRE time in Montreal waiting for a silly couch which was supposed to come a week ago. Now I am stuck, missing work and school, waiting for a couch within this ridiculous 12 hour delivery window. Last time I will ever deal with UPS.
