TERRIBLE

Didn't get my package claiming how the appartment number was not right. EVERY SINGLE INFORMATION WAS THERE. Stupidly ridiculous. I'm begging everyone to not use UPS. I mean NEVER.

Service nul des livreur qui donne de fausse informations sur les livraison, comme ils ont fait une premiere tentative de livraison sont mm pas passer Et ou cas ou ils passent ils se donne meme pas le temps de sonner

Worse service ever , I called this place and the woman who answered was so harsh that I couldn't believe it , I had to try very hard to be the person otherwise huffff.

hello i went to this branch to sent an envelop omgggggggggg they doesnt want to work i went on monday the 30/1/2017 at 4 or 4.30 he saw the envelop it was 0.08 lb he told me 1 lb i said its ok he told me i cannot find your destination and he aked me for about 115 dollars and said it will be theire after 5 days i said tx and he was like not bothering hymself to help me. i went to another ups branch in laval the man theire was so helpful he took 113.75$ and he told me it will reach in 3 days

They left me a voicemail saying my number wasn't on the directory of my building (but it is!!!) so I called back the day of andthey said they'd leave my package at the Lachine Customer Service Centre. The following week they were closed on the Monday and Tuesday because of holidays, I called on the Thursday to see if they had my package and to make sure they were open until 8pm so I could pass by after work. When I called they said the package was NOT there and had been sent back to the shipper.
