DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I PURCHASED A SECTIONAL SOFA AND A BED. BEFORE THEY WERE DELIVERED I CALLED THE STORE TO ASK FOR SOME PAMPHLETS OR LITERATURE ON THE PRODUCTS THEY HAD SOLD TO ME, BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO DO THIS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THAT IS THE END OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SOLD ME A SECTIONAL WITH THE WRONT DIRECTION AND NEVER CAME TO SET UP EITHER THE BED OR THE COUCH. THE LEGS OF THE COUCH NOT ONLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY FLOOR PROTECTORS, BUT THE HOLES WEREN'T EVEN DRILLED INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE COUCH. I SAW THE COUCH SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR HALF THE PRICE AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. BUYER BEWARE.
