When we arrived at the restaurant, it was mildly busy, however the staff seemed relatively inactive. It took them 15 minutes to seat us, despite having a multitude of empty tables and four "Hosts" standing at the front of the restaurant discussing their adventures at Gigantour with each other, and totally ignoring the customers. After being seated the ridiculous wait times seemed only to increase, waiting a total hour and twenty minutes before someone asked for our drink orders. Twenty minutes later we received our drinks and ordered our meals. An hour later we received our food, only to find that it was -all- cold. After trying unsuccessfully to attract the attention of one of the servers who were engaged in what must have been a vital discussion with the hosts, we decided to eat what we had. The steak was overcooked (we asked for medium rare and received what was obviously beyond well done), the pasta was undercooked and hard, the quesadilla was uncooked, and the Appie Platter, which was supposed to be served before the meal and instead was brought with it, was almost swimming in grease.
Nobody came by to ask about our meals, or even to ask if we wanted refills. After we finished our meals, despite the restaurant being almost empty at this point, it took us nearly forty minutes to get our bill and leave. It was a terrible experience, and yet I'd be willing to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt had this not been our second consecutive visit with similar results.
I hope this place gets closed.
