Michael was fantastic, very tech knowledgeable, personable and extremely efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and he fixed up a mistake made by another larger PC repair company that cost me a lot of money. He was more efficient, fixed the issue in half the time it took them and his rates were very reasonable. He is now my new 'go to' tech guy. I highly recommend MRA.
