Absolutely the worst business I've ever worked with. In summary, there was an ownership change that took place in 2017 and the business has just absolutely faltered ever since. Don't ever go here if you need your order completed for an event (i.e. a wedding), as they won't make your deadline. They'll ask you to pay in advance, which you will also regret immediately given the non-existent customer service you'll receive from that point on.
We got married at the end of October. Ordered suits for my groom and groomsmen in August. The customer service rep said they will be in at the end of September.
End of September rolls in, no phone calls. It took 4 of our groomsmen to walk in at different days and times to receive any sort of communication since they do not answer their phones and emails. My groom had to use the word "REFUND" to get an email response. The suits came in the day before the wedding. There were a few problems with
I went for my wedding suit and dress shirt fitting a couple of months ago and the Sales Rep told me the suit and dress shirt will be complete by May. It is now July 4th and being confused why they haven't called me at all for a suit fitting, I decide to call them myself. I asked about my order and the person on the phone tells me it hasn't arrived from the Hong Kong warehouse yet and he'll have it expressed over and it'll arrive July 14th possibly the 15th. My wedding is July 21.
