This establishment lost my tablet and failed to inform me. Despite several visits to the location they were unable to return it to me and even went so far as accusing me of abandoning my merchandise. . As a resolution they gave me another tablet which is now not working either. I can't believe that they stay in business with this approach to customers.

Can't keep his word. He told me it will be ready in 2 hours then when I came back he said there just closing it up 20 more minutes. Then I was told 40 more minutes because it's very hard to do the job. When it was finally done he said $75 no tax no reciept. Very shady

I will never go back to this place again!I walked in they were busy I asked how long it would take he said an hour. I said that the "Smartphone Clinic" on Tecumseh rd, will fix my screen for $65 & can do it in 15 mins, he turned to me and said "well take your business there" I walked out and went to Smartphone Clinic and had the best customer service ever! The owner fixed my screen and battery for very cheap and it is a great quality screen. Go to Smartphone clinic!

    Did more harm than good

When I brought my Galaxy S3 in for a simple, common repair, I didn't really expect a hassle. However, when I picked it up, it was more broken than when I had brought it in in the first place. Before, it would constantly reboot if turned on. Now, it won't turn on at all. They claimed that the problem was the software (which makes absolutely no sense) and sent me on my way, no referral or indication on what to do with my (now bricked) phone. At least they didn't make me pay for them breaking it.
