The UPS Store

Went into the store on the 11th, sending a $2000 package, needed fastest possible delivery, manager guaranteed me 1 day for $151. Going back and forth through the store and customer service line, I went back to the store on the 19th, still lost, manager tells me to come back when it’s delivered for a full refund. Package delivered next day, went back to the store today for my promised refund, manager declined and won’t hold up his promise. Terrible business don’t go here.

The service was incredibly helpful and very fast.

Worst service ever.smiling and sly man who doesnt listen when delivery failed to go on time in spite of his assuring smile, canada hypocrisy at its best.
