    Very cold, rude s...

    Very cold, rude staff who made me feel like my emergency was a bother to them. Vet was argumentative and refused to treat without an agreement to payment up front, but the price was way more expensive than other vets. Made me feel like I was imagining my cat's sickness, but when I took her to another vet for a second opinion, she was diagnosed with a serious kidney problem. Would *never* go back.

    The Veterinarians and staff at Lauzon are very knowledgeable and caring. They always go the extra step to keep me and my animals happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
