Ive used the store front on and off for about 2 yrs now. Great service and I find them telling you what to buy and not selling you things you dont need. Keep up the great work
Paid a service fee to have a tech check my hot tub. Never got a response from them as to what was wrong. Called several times and was told they would look into it. Still waiting.......1 year later. Does not return messages either.
Customer never paid for his service call and told us he was buying and installing the part himself. Apparently he only wanted free help to tell him which part he needed. Sorry, but we have bills to pay as any business has, and we need to charge for service.

Promised more than delivered
I called Atlantis because my pool hadn't been properly closed and the bottom had a layer mouldy leaves that I couldn't remove myself. Ben, the owner, personally cleaned the pool and assured me it would be swimmable by the long weekend. After dealing with kids servicing my pool and getting shoddy service, I was impressed with Ben's professionalism. He promised he would continue to visit until it sparkled and that including a Sunday visit. Today is Sunday. He says he's not coming to finish the pool and I have 12 people coming over for the inaugural swim. He spoke about other pool companies and how their owners lack integrity but it seems he belongs in that same group. Very disappointed.
The pool was an absolute disaster. The homeowner told me she was
unemployed and could only afford up to $100-150 to clean the pool. We typically charge $90 per hour and I spent 5 hours there collectively, plus adding 6 jugs of chlorine at $7 per jug and clarifier ($15). I scooped out so many leaves and when I left the last time, I said to call me the next day if it was not a little bit clearer and we would have to do a sand change. The sand in the filter was completely saturated with debris and it was kicking algae right back into the pool while vacuuming.. She waited until Sunday (2 days later) and demanded to my staff that I go there to finish. I already donated many extra hours of my time to try to help her out and her bad message on here is the thanks I get. Unbelievable.
