I have been going to valentino's for about the last 7 years.
The colourists and stylists are fantastic and always up to date on the latest hair trends and products. Even though the salon has grown a lot over the last few years it's been for the better.
The online appointment tool is handy to book well in advance, however sometimes I find it's easier just to call to get a particular stylist on short notice.
I disagree with both of these comments! I have had bad "hair salon" experiences elsewhere, but it’s always a great experience at Valentino’s! I have been going to Valentino's since I was 10 years old, they're colorists and stylists are all fantastic!! I love this place and look forward to every visit. I refer all my friends to Valentino’s! I have gone to salons in Toronto and Montreal and Valentino's is number one for me!
