Amazing customer service! Listen to what we needed. Sales rep was very informative the manager of the store went above and beyond. We will for sure return.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased a bookshelf in June and when it arrived this week it was broken.I contacted the store immediately and was told to send pictures. I did & never heard another response. I placed a follow up call & was told it would be almost a week to have my pictures reviewed and a resolution decided on. So now I have a 7 ft 175lb box of garbage sitting in my entrance. Very disappointed with their response to our issue.
Store service was very friendly and non pushy. I appreciated the time that was taken explaining all product information and payment options. However I was less than impressed with the delivery service. The delivery guys were rough and uncaring how they got the furniture in the house. They just stuffed it in without checking for the opening of the door and didnt have any care how they represented Ashley Furniture. This last step of delivery says the most about the store and who they hire.
