I had a terrible experience with this company. I own a storage company with a number of companies who rent off me. I came out and B and B towing was in lane. I asked him who he was delivering for claimed he didn’t know I told him he had to know in order to direct him to proper spot. He got ignorant crude. Dropped car in middle of a busy lane way and took off. This driver was probably without a doubt the most ignorant person I have ever had in my yard of over 40 years.
Called CAA and they sent Darryl to get our keys out of our car. Darryl arrived in a timely manner and had the keys out in no time! He was so friendly and provided great service!
