View Time Glass & Mirror

View Time Glass and Mirror installed my frameless glass shower on January 3, 2021. In September 2021 the shower door started to sag and rub against the other glass. I messaged Siva regarding the issue and expressed my concern that this could be a safety issue but Siva ignored me. On June 15, 2022 the glass door exploded. Luckily no one was injured. Siva ignored my messages and phone calls. When he did respond, he would lie and schedule times but not show up and not answer his phone.

We ordered a glass piece,they promised us it will be ready on Saturday at 10am for pickup.I reconfirmed it with sudha as we don’t want to drive for two hours for nothing; she swore that it will be ready.So on Saturday we drove to view time and nobody was there.We waited half an hour, called Siva four times,but no reply.We felt insulted and came back home driving 4 hours to and fro. So my point is these people have no work ethics no respect for customers or their time.Rude and contemptuous people
