I will not recommend anybody to go for this location for service because . Friday dec 6th 2019 . After dropping no body called for any update Got the message from the rep only in the afernoon. Tried to reach him so many times no answer only evening were able to contact him but it was too late to pick up the vehicle they close at 6 pm told vehicle will be washed When we went to pick the vehicle next day it was not washed and cleaned .after paying that amount of money this type of service???

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Many glitches and problems with my Jaguar and every time I have visited this dealership it's been a nightmare. Work has not just been handled terribly, messed up, not even done at some points, but my car was also scratched in the process. Calling Jaguar North America does absolutely nothing. We went in earlier today interested in buying an F-Pace. I went with my wife and infant son and asked to test drive the car. I waited over 40 mins to test drive the car only to find out that an Asian gentlemen who came in after me was given priority to test drive the vehicle. When i inquired why it took so long, i was ignored. My son was getting restless so i had barely the opportunity to see the car after almost an hour of waiting. I purchased my 2015 Range from Land Rover Jag Thornhill and recently had my first service done. It was a great experience! My service advisor Ray was friendly, knowledgable and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was given a loaner Jag to drive while my Range was in service. I would definitely recommend Land Rover Jag Thornhill to anyone looking for a dealership with great customer service!
Dealing with this dealership from start to finish was a great experience. They are polite and very respectful of our busy schedule and have made purchasing my new Range Rover Sport very enjoyable. I am thrilled with my new Range Rover and my husband is now considering trading his Mercedes MLK for the Jaguar F Type in the spring and we will definitely be back here for the sale. I have to say I really enjoyed doing business here. The staff was very helpful, friendly, & professional. I was actually dreading going in to buy a new car because I do not like the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude. But I was so relieved to see that they were not like that at all! They really made the car buying experience comfortable for me. They were excellent!
Horrible! We have ordered a 2015 Range Rover Sport
Our LR4 has been nothing but a disappointment. It has been in multiple times for service issues such as not starting and engine noise. Dealing with the service department has been unpleasant, the problem wasn't diagnosed until returning the vehicle over and over again. After the warranty expired, we experienced issues again. and paid for additional repairs. We will not purchase another Land Rover product.
I have been dealing with Jaguar Thornhill for few years now, leased 3 cars from there. Everytime I had a great experience, from start to finish. They have very good people in sales, very friendly and easy to deal with.
I'm now on my second Range Rover purchased at the Thornhill location. My sales rep Cindy was very knowledgeable and was able to find the RR Sport I wanted even though they didn't have it at their location. My only complaint is that sometimes I feel they are understaffed.
