Absolutely horrible customer service. From this UPS Uxbridge store, I shipped a very time-sensitive package internationally using the top express package. It paid about $170.
I was told the package would be delivered in 3 days, but instead it took 15 days!
They even lost the package and had to do an investigation! The only reason they did the investigation was because I had to press for it several times.
They weren’t willing to accept any responsibility, and simply blamed it all on customs.
