I generally let go of a lot of things and people think I'm too easy going with poor service, so when I say this is the worst place for service I have ever been to, it means it's beyond terrible. My friend and I went there for the panini, which was not even listen on the menu. 10 minute later when the waiter came by she said oh we have those on a different menu. We both made our orders, my friend received his in 20 minutes, but mine didn't come for another 20. His food got cold, and i insisted he start. I had to go ask for my order and she said it's coming, and ten minute later they brought the sandwich without the fries. Said the fries are on the way. I was so hungry and shaky at this point that I started, and the first bite was a bite of plastic tasting chicken. I didn't care I needed to eat at this point. My friend was just watching me eat . I finished it pretty slowly given the tastelessness. twenty minutes later the side of fries..FRIES ( I can peel, chop and fry on my own in less time) had not come. My friend went and asked for it, they said it's coming. we waited another 15 minutes... Finally we were both so pissed we decided to go inside pay and get the hell out. 25 bucks for a tasteless, incomplete meal. AVOID.

With so many options in Unionville this is the place to avoid. The worst food and service we have ever had in any restaurant in any city. This is not an exaggeration. No consideration given to the fact we waited 45 minutes in an empty place to get our food and when more coffee was requested we were ignored.

Main Street Unionville is home of the BEST Middle Eastern food in the Toronto area. FRESH! is the first word that comes to mind. All ingredients are prepared daily and bread is picked up fresh literally every morning. Most places don't have a whole wheat pita option. But Unionville Mediterranean House listens to its customers and makes changes to satisfy. Start with one of the amazing dips...Hummus was my favorite and then decide if you want to try a kebab, shwarma or falafel sandwich or meal. I have tried all three and you cant go wrong. All the meat is cooked and grilled to perfection and the falafel are absolutely perfect. Unionville Mediterranean House is great to stop by and grab a quick bite on the go or sit down for lunch or diner with friends and family. Aside from the food - the service and people working there are great. I hope you all get to taste and experience the service at Unionville Mediterranean House soon. 187 Unionville, Ontario.
