I sent 12 emails out for a request of 10' cedars – 6 say they could not delivery that height, 5 sent me quotes… and only 1 did not replied. I waited another 3 days - so finally I sent another email, pointing this out. The sales person called me to say I was "mean" - I was about to suggest that they were unprofessional - but he cut me off... OK. I guess he made my point. Not sure what happened to customer service but this is not an example of it.
