The way they divided the line-up was unclear for myself and at least 4 people who missed our bus. There was no clear divider for the Ontario Northland bus line and no worker was behind the glass so we lined up at the Greyhound line (a reasonable assumption). The workers blamed us and had a terrible attitude. I worked at Starbucks for peanuts as a teen and I would NEVER talk like that to someone pointing out how service can be better. Not AODA/disability-people friendly. I was delayed 5 hours.
