Chef Sara Phillips has the amazing task of creating authentic Scottish fare such as Haggis, Neeps and Tatties ($16 – that’s lamb, oats and spices, mashed turnips and mashed potatoes for those new to the cuisine) and House Made Scottish Steak Pie ($14) with tender, hand-cut top sirloin, stout and root vegetables under golden puff pastry.
You’ll be singing the lyrics to "Loch Lomond" and "I Belong to Glasglow" in no time.
This spot on College is a Scottish Public House and Whisky Bar and has been awarded the status of the “first ever on-trade Ardbeg Embassy in Canada.” What at first may sound like something out of a J.K. Rowling book is actually a Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky, perhaps of the most peaty of malt whiskies in the world.

A starter of A Taste of Scotland ($16) with a scotch egg, haggis fritters and sausage rolls will warm you right up.
