I want everyone to know what horrible customer service this company has when an order isn't delivered. My mother in law ordered an arrangement last week for her mother... Her credit card was charged and the arrangement never came. Over the past week, she has called several times, they keep saying its going to be delivered and then never is. She has called the store location and nobody answers the phone. She spoke to corporate and they said all they can do is issue a refund in the form of a cheque which will take 4-6 weeks, even they haven't been able to get in touch with this store. They have offered her nothing for the time that's been wasted on this the past week and now she has to wait 4-6 weeks to get her money back. Horrible horrible customer service. Buyer beware!! If someone gets in touch with me and resolves this I will take down my poor review.
