Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked a medium sized tank weeks ago. Went to pick it up today to find out they were out of stock. I was quoted $125 for a medium tank that fills up to 175 balloons. A small tank is $95 which fills 100 balloons and a large tank is $195 which fills up to 250 balloons. They expected us to pay either $190 for 2 small tanks or $195 for the large tank. They refused to discount the difference, even though it was THEIR fault.
