Convenient, professional, wonderful, diverse staff! Have never had a bad day here! So understanding! I missed a spa day because I locked my car keys in my car, and they totally understood, rebooked me without a second thought. I was being so very hard on myself and they were extremely gracious, courteous and understanding!
I had a mothers package, it was a massage,pedicure and shampoo/style. I decided to add a hair dye and highlights. The woman that did my massage did a deep tissue massage, I ended up bruised and very sore for days afterwards. The pedicure was great but the hair was not. I wanted something different, a light blond with lighter highlights but she just dyed it and it barely lightened it. I called the next day but the owner can't fix it for days and won't refund anything-not how he does bussiness!
