re: Stratford Lifelab; I spent several hours waiting for a doctor to approve a Serum Iron test and then an hour waiting in line at the Lifelabs. I then had my blood work done and waited for result. Basically online, Lifelabs refused the test, claiming that it required diagnosis to enable testing for Serum Iron. I was not contacted, nor was my doctor so it was a complete waste of time for me. In expressing my concern, they blamed the doctor, the ministry but did not take any responsibility.
