Don't eat on the patio! It is not cleaned and the tables and chairs were filthy. The waitress didn't even offer to wipe the table I was at until I asked her to and I had to ask her to refill my coffee even though she refilled the table next to me. NO TIP FOR HER!!
Was not impressed. Food wasn't that good... even for diner food. Burger was small, no flavour, bun was dry.... even the fake smile from the owner on my way our couldn't make my visit better.... Our waitress was very nice.. I should have caught her name. Also when we moved the stuff on the table... yuck.....
The Sunset Grill is nothing to look at, but I won't fault it on this count - it is, after all, a "grill". That said, one expects a grill to serve a decent hamburger. Not here. The burgers were tepid, dry and surprisingly small - the same could be said about the accompanying serving of fries. The order was taken by a young thing with the personality of an automaton. The menu is as uninspired as the decor, an exception being what appears to be a surprising assortment of pies. However, after the let-down of the burgers, we knew not to go for dessert. Better to cut your losses, pay your bill and leave.
