High overhead means high operating costs which leads to a higher price for you, the consumer. So, we scaled it back. We shut down our high cost operating stores and brought business back down to the basics. Instead of opening high end, fancy retail stores in high end locations, we opened clean, operational warehouses and starting chopping our overhead costs and cutting our prices to match.

The same review as previous disappointed customers, they advertise a low price for a quality made mattress and do not accept responsibility for a poorly made, collapsed, noisey, non supportive after only a few short weeks. They insist on their store policy, which claims that even with the purchase of their mattress protector, they will not stand behind their faulty product. This matress started to make noise on day 2, and within 2 weeks has springs popping,protruding out and no refund.Disgusted
Disappointed.We bought a mattress & mattress cover, and was told if we're not happy with it, return it for an exchange.The mattress & mattress cover has never been used, as my father is in the hospital, and won't be out for 2 months or more.The mattress cover was baggy on the mattress, and we wanted to exchange it for something else We were told, sorry, but we can't take it back- store policy on mattress covers.We were not told that the return policy didn't cover the mattress cover. Never again!
They sell faulty products and wont take responsibility for it. The mattress I bought from them collapsed just in two months and they denied any responsibility. Instead they encouraged me to buy another mattress from them by giving me store credit. It is so sad that in the worst situation all they offer to you is to sell you more of their faulty stuff.
