Fantastic service and they show up at the time they schedule you for! Due to previous bad service from the company I bought my hot tub from, I decided to give Sonshine a try. Very prompt response to a pump issue. With company coming to visit and the needed part on back order, they were willing to install a new pump without a new pump charge. My part arrived in time after all and my company enjoyed a nice day on my deck with a working hot tub. I will be calling Sonshine for any future needs!
We have used this company a few times. The service is exceptional. Daniel the owner came to are resue by travelling up to are cottage 1 1/2 out of Ottawa to service our jacuzzi. Which was fixed within a 1/2hr. We have also used sonshine to service our jacuzzi in Ottawa. They are very quick to respond and get the problem fixed. Would not use anyone else. Great company.
First time I've used their services and will be a customer for life. The service was above and beyond what I expected. The technician I had was Sylvain and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs hot tub repair services. The company was quick to set up the appointment and the technician arrived on time and provided many helpful tips.
This is the second time I had called them.It was a different repairman, but he was as good as the first one. He diagnosed the problem (it was the pump issue).I wasn't sure whether I should replace the hot tub or it was worth fixing it. With the price that he quoted me, I made the right decision by fixing it. He told me he would rebuilt the pump on the spot and proceeded to replaced the pump With in 20 mins.
I also like the fact that it was warranted. Nothing But good to say about the services
Had a broken jet in my hot tub so I called Son Shine Hot Tub Service. He came out had a look at the broken part and told me I should call a certain dealer in Ottawa to order the part and charged me a service call which isn't very cheap !
The thing I don't understand is that I gave a detailed description of the broken part over the phone before he came over. He could've told me to call the dealer in the first place.
Not too impressed, won't be calling them anymore.
