Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I experienced very poor customer service from this business. My car was involved in an accident, so my insurance set up a rental with Enterprise in Sioux Lookout. It took them 3 days to find me a vehicle. It was the middle of winter but the vehicle I was given had such poor tires that it was constantly getting stuck and sliding all over the road. They were unable to locate a suitable vehicle for me and did not bother to call me back.
