Hard to contact seal tech, did work on my basement, as workers packed up I asked if they would be back following day, they could not give me an answer, said”don’t know”, and left, since then no communication with the company, I am not impressed

They did a good job of fixing our weeping tiles once they finally arrived (was supposed to be done late September/early October was not done until end of November). They were to return in the spring to level out the ground around our house (which they don't recall agreeing to), finally agreed to April (it is now June). Finally arrived today and dumped earth all over our lawn (was to go around the house). EXTREMELY disappointed with customer service and ability to honour their word.
