THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I dyed my hair here & all my grey hair is still visible. These people are NOT professional & the management (has no hairdressing education). I was offered a gift card for a return visit. (the last thing I want to do is have any service done by these people) I had to take the gift card and was throated to have security call on me if I did not accept the gift card. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR BAD BAD SERVICE!
If you wish to have massacred hair please see any one of their "HIGH END" stylist. I have been massacred by two of them, one was an initial bad haircut followed by a 20 dollar discounted "fix" haircut 3 months later WHICH made the problem worse. I am talking huge technical flaws that will take over a year to fix! Absolutely disgusted with the stylist they pride and centre their business around! It's amazing what you get when you pay for the best on multiple occasions!!!!!! Do not go there! Unless you want the tears, drama, and joy of walking around with noticeably hacked hair for the next year while it grows out! I also have it one star because yellow pages wouldn't allow me to publish this review as a 0 star review because that's what they truly deserve.
