Needs Improvement

Started with a Caesar salad. It was fairly small for the price, and had hardly any dressing or parmesan cheese on it. The main course was the prime rib burger, which I was told was "baked". It's obviously a frozen, processed patty, and didn't taste like it had been cooked properly (looked pinkish inside, and wasn't very hot). Side of french fries was very stingy, seriously there were maybe 12? Service was poor, no refill offered, although the restaurant itself is decent looking inside. Seemed like plenty of staff were loitering around with nothing to do. Won't be going here again.

Kinda boring

Empty, boring restaurant with too many staff hanging around doing nothing. None of them were good looking or attractive. Very limited and boring menu. Extremely limited alcohol list. Why do restaurants have one server take your order and then have someone else from kitchen bring the food out and consequently don't know who the food is for. And what's with the cutlery wrapped up the napkin. Don't they know how to set the table? Please hire some cute waitresses. It is not just about eating food and filling up. I can do that at the supermarket.

It was a pleasant enough experience, the staff were friendly. Service seemed a tad slow, but then again, everything we ordered was very hot and fresh. Very tasty too. Most impressive was care and attention paid to us after an unpleasant incident outside the restaurant. Suffice it to say, they were very kind, supportive and hung around our table until sure that we were ok. (My 80 year old mother and I.) They were very comforting, and much to my shock, refused to take my credit card and let me pay for the bill considering what I had gone through. And it had nothing to do with the restaurant whatsoever. That was remarkable, and beyond necessary. Customer care like that in my opinion is so important and says a lot about the the company's concern and care for their patrons.

Good place to have a bday party or small company thing. Food was mostly italian, huge selection of specialty pizzas. Overall, quite good. PS. went there for a birthday dinner and our waitresses were super stealth when bringing my friend her cake. Big bonus for that!
