Waited 8 months for a part for my washer. Kept being told she would call me back. Never did. Finally I called and told part was in. Booked an appointment. Guy never showed up. The worst !!!!
Made an appointment. Came at the appropriate time. He evaluated the problem and had the part which he installed. I would recommend this company for future work.
From reading the other comments I suppose I did alright with Superior Appliance Repair! My Samsung Dishwasher stop functioning and was under Warranty. Samsung placed a call to them in my honor, I was called within seconds from them from a nice lady and was given a date as I live in Desbarats, Ontario and the date was within acceptable limits. The date was honored and the repair guy found a complicated issue and the part was ordered and he returned promptly. The whole job took 5 days.
Called and booked an appointment for a broken dishwasher. What a surprise, they didn’t show up! Called a girl who said she’d get back to me, and !SURPRISE! She didn’t! I’d get it if they where just poorly organized (which they are), however, I booked a week in advance (meaning my dishwasher was out for a week, now it will be longer)! Nothing superior about the bum “repair” company. Funny to read other reviews and see all the people who these stooges ghosted! Anyways you snooze, you loose!
Had to give this 1 star as there is no place to put a negative 5 stars. Don't waste your time with this outfit. This co says it does repairs from the Sault to Thessalon and also said it would be $150 just to come. We called from Bruce Mines and set a date. No one turned up. We called the following day and said she would get back to us. Again no call and no one came. This co would have to pay me now to look at our washer. I would rather buy a new one than rely on this co.
The repair person visited once. I was told he would contact me in a few days, never did!!!! I contacted the shop several other times by phone, was told theyd review my claim and get back to me, I was told this each time I called!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!!!
I have had a problem with my oven with a stove which has a maintenance agreement through Sears. No technician has came out to assess this problem decided over the phone what the problem was and advised Sears the parts were no longer available. I am not a technician but I feel this company should come out a see for themselves exactly what the problem. Unable to reach them by phone so I am going to let Sears know I will be cancelling all my maintenance. Agreements.
