Very terrible service. Staffs job is chatting, preparing food is their sideline. I have been there 3 times. Every time is the same. Today I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, the cheese inside is not melted and icy cold. My large coffee cup is a regular cup instead of 'roll- up- the rim- to win' cup. Will not give this place another chance.
