Richmond Hill Children's Clinic

Had to get the doctor to fill out a form for my daughter. Called clinic, they don’t accept email, it can only be faxed or dropped off and then picked up. Then they mention it’s a $50 charge. Called NEXT DAY, the price suddenly changed to $60! We to go pick up the completed forms just to be informed that they only accept cash and to drive down to the gas station to the closest ATM machine! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE!!

I would give a zero if I can. Secretaries are unprofessional. Very Rude. Very Careless in doing their job. Missing signature on forms forcing families to go back there to fix problems. They have forgotten their duty is to care for people. For families, this is not a paper work issue, it is the health of the children.

Dr. Garber has been amazing and she takes our concerns seriously with our little guy. Shes attentive and makes sure we get the referrals and support we need. Due to a leave of absence, we are seeing another doctor in the practice and the wait times are unfortunately very long with him. They do make arrangements for same-day appointments when a child is very sick and needs to be seen and wait times are long but that is to be expected for a work-in.

Always long wait times, minimum of one hour, regardless of your appointment time. Even if you have the first appointment in the morning or after lunch. Rude secretaries,always unfriendly. The doctors are good but never on time.

This is a children’s clinic not a family clinic , why you guys trying to make more money from children’s and make them suffers by overbooking and have them wait 1.5hr to 2 hr everything single time. I meant if u guys generating this kinda income atleast fix up the place . It’s dirty and everything is outdated .

I booked an appointment for 2:30pm, 5 people came after me got called in before me. Waited for an hour and finally got called in. No apology from any staff even after I expressed the long wait. Asked receptionist the reason for long wait and the disorderly call in, answer was “it’s different doctor “. No smile. This place is terribly organized!

Secretaries are a problem

This is family doctor for my kids. Place is a disaster. They alwats overbook patients to ensure their income because the place is always packed. They never called me on time. Always 1 hour late.

Booked an appointment at 1pm sat for and hour and half and 3 ppl ahead of me went in as walk ins - this place is either a disaster or their receptionist is incompetent

Rude secretory !

I called today to book an appointment . The secretary spoke impolitely . I simply changed my mind and contacted another center in my neighborhood. Seriously if this centre likes to attract patients interest, it would hire professional Secretaries , those who always are in a good mood.
