I bought some M&M that stated the were 3+ dollars not 9.25. But ended up being more expensive then the normal ones. Good thing I don’t shop there all the time.
Some terrible cash counter problems in the evenings. I’ve often gone in to buy a few items and found the express lane closed and with only one cashier open. Several customers with full ?. There is no self-serve option so it can be quite a wait at night. Needs stronger customer service and supervisors that are present. Other than that, the actual supermarket and product selection is quite good.
I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters. So I would like to say THANK YOU !! ♥️?
